The onboarding process starts right after your company has decided to use Evermood, and it only takes a few days to complete:
Evermood is an app that is incorporated into the company’s existing structures. In this segment, you’ll find important information on the technical integration of the application.
There are no special technical requirements to integrate Evermood. The app works independently and does not connect to existing IT systems. Therefore, the effort is minimal and no specialist knowledge is required.
Evermood is available in the App Store (Apple) and Play Store (Android) so employees can easily download it to their smartphones.
The admin dashboard is accessible via a secure browser connection and requires no additional software.
Evermood on personal devices
Evermood is not a typical company app. Since we run our services in our own cloud environment separate from daily tasks of employees, employers generally allow the use of Evermood on personal devices. In rare cases however, this still might not be permitted. We’re happy to inform you and your team about alternative ways of using Evermood.
Connect Apple Health
Apple Health users will soon be able to transfer the information collected in Evermood to the Health App, enabling them to get a holistic picture of their overall well-being.
Connect fitness trackers
In the future, it will also be possible to link Evermood to fitness trackers, giving employees the opportunity to record their progress in detail.
Evermood for tablets and desktop PCs
Evermood is designed as a digital companion for everyday life and is therefore only available as a native app for smartphones (iOS and Android).

To help your employees use Evermood in the best possible way, we have put together this short guide. Forward this to your staff to make it easier for them to get started with the app.
#1 App access
You can easily download the Evermood app from the App Store or Google Play Store to your smartphone. We will provide you with a company-specific workspace name for registration.
With the workspace name and your e-mail address you can register directly in the app. Evermood will then send you a verification code via e-mail. You can enter this code in the app to unlock secure access to your workspace. From then on, you can use all functions of Evermood.
In case of problems with the registration, please contact your manager.
#2 Start small
If we try to do too many things at once, it’s harder for us to stay on track. The key lies in small daily goals, through which we can approach bigger changes step by step. Select and accomplish one first goal to unlock your first success. Examples for ideal beginner goals are “Drink enough water” and “Practice gratitude”, because you can easily integrate them into your everyday life.
#3 Stay on it
To develop a long-term habit, always carry out an activity at the same time and place, if possible. In a first step, try to reach your goal seven days in a row and then improve from there. If you manage to hold on to your goal for 66 days in a row, you’ll usually have developed a healthy habit that has already become an automated process for you.
#4 Record your progress
A study by the American Psychological Association shows that the more often we measure our progress, the more likely we are to achieve our goals. So keep reminding yourself of how far you’ve already come. In Evermood, you can track your progress at any time.
#5 Actively look for support
Gather support from colleagues, friends and family. Tell them about your goals and invite them to participate so that you can motivate each other. Studies have shown that we are 44% more consistent with our fitness goals when we share them with another person.
#6 Reward yourself for your successes
You have successfully completed an activity that was difficult for you at first? That’s a terrific achievement! Reward yourself – you’ve earned it. However, make sure that the reward is healthy for you and in line with your goals. How about a massage, time for yourself with a good book or a delicious dinner?
Step by step to a healthier life
Changes take time. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself, and forgive yourself if you leave a routine unfinished every now and then. This is completely normal and part of the process. If you experience a failure, take a moment and think about the underlying reason. Maybe the goal was too ambitious or you didn’t integrate it into your daily life? By asking and answering these questions, you’ll have it easier next time. Focus on your progress – not on being perfect.
