Evermood is a B2B SaaS startup in Berlin. It is our mission to ensure that employees feel valued by their employer and are supported in the best possible way with all their concerns.

Whether it's psychological stress or conflicts within the team – as a platform for employee support, Evermood empowers managers and employees to proactively and independently tackle challenges. For this purpose, we provide digital self-help and also facilitate contact with the right person when needed.

Our clients include private companies, public institutions, and NGOs of various sizes and from diverse sectors. These include LVM Insurance, Condor, Bertelsmann Foundation, and the City of Aachen.

Your role at Evermood

As a psychologist, you are responsible for ensuring that users of the Evermood platform receive the best possible one-on-one care: You conduct psychological consultations via video conference and telephone for employees and managers who are in psychologically challenging situations or want to strengthen their mental resilience.

In your role, you actively contribute to empowering employees and managers in facing individual challenges and enabling their personal development. In doing so, you, together with Evermood, make the workplace a better place.

This is a freelance position, not a permanent employment. The best part: You have the flexibility to work from wherever you choose and to set your own hours for offering consultations.

Your profile

You have completed a degree in psychology (M.Sc. or Diploma), ideally with a focus on clinical psychology and/or work and organizational psychology.
You bring at least 2 years of experience in one-on-one work with clients on various issues, including in a digital setting.
You have an additional qualification, such as a license as a psychotherapist, a solid (systemic) coaching training, or a comparable education in the counseling field.
You are fluent in German and French (at least C1 level) and feel confident conducting coaching and counseling in both languages.
Your counseling is characterized by a structured and solution-oriented approach, strong methodological knowledge, and high didactic competence.
You possess a high degree of empathy and are experienced in building a trusting relationship with your clients.
You have a confident demeanor and treat clients respectfully, appreciatively, and as equals.
You enjoy working in an agile startup and digital setting and are comfortable using the necessary technology for video calls.

Plus point

In addition to German and French, you also speak Italian or other languages.
