You always have the option to increase the number of included counseling hours. You can choose to pay only for what you use (pay-per-use), or you can upgrade to a higher package by adding more or even unlimited hours.

Can the invoice be split between multiple companies?

Is Evermood GDPR compliant?

Yes, Evermood meets all GDPR requirements and applies the highest security standards. Evermood is hosted exclusively in certified high-security centers of the Open Telekom Cloud in Germany. We ensure that the information security of the data centers always meets the requirements of ISO 27001 and regularly carry out extensive penetration tests of our entire production and company networks.

Where is the data stored?

We process and store data exclusively in ISO 27001 certified data centers of the Open Telekom Cloud in Germany, and personal data that Evermood processes and stores is never transferred to non-EU countries, neither by Evermood directly nor by subcontractors.

How is it ensured that only authorized persons have access to the system?

There is no authentication using personal information. Employees access Evermood through a unique, organization-specific URL that is not indexed by search engines or similar crawlers. Evermood can be accessed from anywhere, including home offices or on the road, without requiring a specific IP address or VPN. While external individuals could access Evermood by obtaining the URL, the platform does not contain sensitive corporate data and only provides support resources for employees, ensuring that this accessibility does not pose a security risk.

Are regular security checks carried out?
