About Evermood
Evermood is a B2B SaaS startup in Berlin. It is our mission to ensure that employees feel valued by their employer and are supported in the best possible way with all their concerns.
Whether it's psychological stress or conflicts within the team – as a platform for employee support, Evermood empowers managers and employees to proactively and independently tackle challenges. For this purpose, we provide digital self-help and also facilitate contact with the right person when needed.
Our clients include private companies, public institutions, and NGOs of various sizes and from diverse sectors. These include LVM Insurance, Condor, Bertelsmann Foundation, and the City of Aachen.
Your role at Evermood
As a speaker at Evermood, you will actively shape our diverse range of digital live events. You share your expertise on the topic of mental health and well-being in the workplace and support participants through presentations, workshops or practical exercises. In your role, you will enrich our speaker portfolio and help us to provide employees and managers with valuable inspiration for a healthier and more fulfilling working life.
The events cover a wide range of topics - from stress management and resilience to mindfulness and self-care to leadership skills in the field of mental health. Your content will help participants to develop personally and strengthen their mental health.
Your profile
- You have demonstrable expertise in the areas of mental health, well-being or related topics.
- You already have experience as a speaker or workshop facilitator and know how to convey your topics in an engaging and practical way.
- You are able to present content in German and ideally speak other languages such as English, French or Italian (optional).
- Your presentations and workshops are interactive and practice-oriented, with clear added value for the participants.
- You have a feel for how to make a digital event lively and captivating.
