HAMBURG, Germany - Acture, a leading provider in employee welfare solutions, announces the acquisition of My7steps with its innovative Value Based Counseling® (VBC) method. This strategic acquisition complements Acture’s market leading insurance and well-being services in the Netherlands and Germany and expands its service offering with an exclusive, clinically proven counseling approach.

The Value Based Counseling® approach of My7steps has demonstrated remarkable success in helping individuals quickly and sustainably overcome psychological problems. The method is already recognized by German health insurance providers and will now exclusively be available to Acture’s and Evermood's clients, significantly expanding their access to qualified counselors.
