Our team consists of around 3,600 employees at the company headquarters in Münster as well as in the employed field service.
For support with psychosocial concerns, in particular in the areas of:
- Health (e.g. stress management, exhaustion & burnout, addiction, mental illnesses, reintegration)
- Corporate culture & ethics (e.g. team conflicts, bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination)
There are a total of around 15 trusted persons — including internal social counselling, the works council, reintegration assistants, representatives of severely disabled people, corporate and personnel development and the AGG complaints office.
In my many years of experience in the field of social counseling, I have observed that employees seeking assistance often hesitate before seeking a personal counseling session. Admitting to a professional or personal crisis can be a significant hurdle for many of us. As a result, we often delay the conversation, waiting until the level of distress becomes so high that we can no longer perform our usual tasks or end up taking sick leave. There is significant potential in reducing the time between the emergence of a challenge and seeking help. This can prevent disability management cases, reduce sick days, and enhance the well-being of everyone.
For me, Evermood is an ideal and contemporary addition to our already well-established personal counseling services. What convinced me is the anonymous access: all employees can access the service from any device. This lowers the barrier and encourages early engagement with the respective issues. I was also impressed by the presentation of the media library: both the quality of the video content and the design. It was particularly important to us that we could customize the platform ourselves. In addition to our 15 trust persons, we have integrated our vocational reintegration video, the regulation agreement for addiction prevention, and our new anti-discrimination policy into it. Lastly, the anonymous chat. It is intended to complement our personal counseling services by reaching the part of the workforce that otherwise communicates too late or not at all.

Communication is key. Therefore, we worked together with our communication department to develop a campaign that included flyers, digital banners, and two explanatory videos. From my perspective, Evermood's support also plays a central role in ensuring continuous usage. The team assists us with helpful templates for ongoing promotion as well as the ongoing development of the platform's content to keep it interesting for our employees.
