Access to your data is granted to those persons or entities who need it to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes.

The hosting of this offer is carried out by the contractor commissioned by us, Evermood GmbH, Rudi-Dutschke-Str. 23, 10969 Berlin, Germany.

Processing the personal data transmitted by you is necessary for the purpose of processing your request.

Storage period
The personal data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and subsequent chat, this is the case when (1) it can be assumed that the respective conversation is no longer active (2) you delete your request yourself.

  1. A conversation is no longer active if it can be inferred from the duration of inactivity that storage is no longer necessary for any follow-up inquiries. The exact storage period until automatic deletion by the system is displayed at the end of the summary of the respective concern.
  2. If you delete your request yourself, all potentially personal data will be deleted immediately.

2.2 Contact via telephone

If you contact us or a person commissioned by us via telephone, personal data from you will be processed to the extent necessary to process your request.

3.2. Right to rectification Art. 16 GDPR

In the event that personal data about you is not (or is no longer) accurate or incomplete, you may request that this data be corrected and, if necessary, completed.

3.3. Right to deletion or restriction Art. 17, 18 GDPR

If the legal requirements are met, you may request the deletion of your personal data (Art. 17 GDPR) or the restriction of the processing of such data (Art. 18 GDPR).

3.4. Right to data portability Art. 20 GDPR

You are entitled, under the conditions of Art. 20 DSGVO, to demand that we hand over to you the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format.

3.5. Right of objection Art. 21 GDPR

For reasons arising from your particular situation, you may also object to the processing of personal data concerning you by us at any time. This right exists if your personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e), (f) GDPR, for direct marketing, scientific or historical research or statistical purposes. If the legal requirements are met, we will subsequently no longer process your personal data.

3.6. Right to revoke the declaration of consent under data protection law

If you have consented to the processing of your data, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. To do so, please send us an e-mail to the e-mail address given above. The revocation will only take effect for the future; this means that the revocation will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

3.7. Right of appeal to the supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, a data subject (you) shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in particular in the member state of your residence - if you consider that the processing of your personal data by us violates the GDPR.
